PREFACE BY THE EDITORIAL BOARD

  Dear readers,

In the period of world recession and lack of understanding for funding by the government, our magazine managed to sustain with above human efforts by the editorial board. It is quite obvious that in our country very small amount of money is invested in the science and the publishing. As a result of it, editor in chief and the editor were at the same time managers and publishers, besides all the other functions they had in the process of editoring the magazine “Journal of Special Education and Rehabilita­tion”. It is a great pleasure to announce that we managed to index the magazine  in the following data base: EBSCO, Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, Proquest, Scirus, HINARI and NUBSK, and we are expecting answers by the: Thomson Scientific, PsycINFO, ERIC, Health Education Abstracts, Science Direct and others. It is necessary to continue in the same line with aim to improve the indexing and the quotation of the magazine.
In these issues 3-4 for 2008 as you'll notice some new issues are imported such are: date for receiving and accepting the papers, classification of the paper,  the publishing year is replaced with volume and the is new guidelines for the authors.
In this issue we can see interesting and original papers, revision reviews and other important topics from the field of special education and rehabilitation. Dear readers with this material we'll be able to meet with the social services of the adult people with autism in England, you'll meet with the paper for the analyze of the interaction between the teachers and the pupils in the inclusive classroom at child with coheral implant; you'll meet with the new activities in the field of possible diagnostics and treatment of the ADHD; you'll find out about the benefit form the sensitive communication and interaction of the ICDP program; you'll see what is the social support like and the adjustment of the parents in Italy; you'll find out about the level of the development of the thought operations at the children with speaking impairment and you'll be able to find out about the music development at the people with cerebral palsy. Of course in the issue you'll find out about the regular sections: abstracts from the PhDs and masters, news and information and references.
In this issue more foreign authors are presented compared with the domestic authors, which is presenting the tendency of the new comprised editorial board. We believe that in this way we'll be able to enlarge our international recognition as well as the quotation of the papers. You, the readers with your suggestions can also help us in the process of improvement of the quality of the future issues, and I believe you will be willing to pay the fee for the magazine with which you will enrich your personal and official libraries.

  ПРЕДГОВОР НА РЕДАКЦИЈАТА

  Почитувани читатели,

Во услови на светска рецесија и немање разбирање за финансирање од страна на државните органи, нашето списание успева некако да преживее со натчовечки напори на неговата Ре­дак­ција. Очигледно е дека во нашата држава најмалку пари се вложуваат во науката и из­да­вач­ката дејност. Токму затоа, главниот уредник и уредникот ја извршуваа и улогата на ме­на­џери и издавачи, покрај сите други функции кои ги имаа во уредувањето на овој број на „Дефектолошка теорија и практика“. Ми причинува особено задоволство да Ви соопштам де­ка успеавме да го индексираме списанието во следните бази на податоци: EBSCO, Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, Proquest, Scirus, HINARI и NUBSK, а се очекуваат одговори од: Thomson Scientific, PsycINFO, ERIC, Health Education Abstracts, Science Direct и др. Ќе треба да вло­жи­ме уште многу напори да ја подобриме индексацијата и цитираноста на списанието.
Во овој број 3-4 за 2008 година, како што ќе забележите, внесени се некои новини и тоа: да­тум на примање и датум на прифаќање на трудот, класификација на истиот; годината на из­да­вање е заменета со волумен и направено е ново упатство за авторите. Во овој број се сре­ќа­ваат интересни оригинални трудови, ревиски прикази и други значајни содржини од спе­ци­јалната едукација и рехабилитација.
Драги читатели, во овој број на списанието ќе може да се запознаете со социјалните сер­ви­си за адултни лица со аутизам во Англија; ќе се сретнете со трудот за анализа на интерак­ци­јата меѓу наставниците и учениците во инклузивната училница кај дете со кохлеарен имплантант; ќе ги запознаете новините во можната дијагностика и третман на АДХД;  ќе ја уви­дите корисноста од сензитивната комуникација и интеракција во ИЦДП-програмата; ќе се запознаете со социјалната поддршка и прилагодување на родителите во Италија; ќе го уви­дите нивото на развој на мисловни операции кај децата со говорни тешкотии и ќе имате мож­ност да видите какви се музичките постигнувања кај лицата со церебрална парализа. Секако во овој број се среќаваат и постојаните рубрики: апстракт од докторати и магис­те­риу­ми, вести, информации и библиографија.
Во овој број се застапени повеќе странски автори од нашите домашни автори, што прет­ста­вува тенденција на новата редакција, а со тоа сметаме дека ќе се зголеми нашата интер­на­цио­нална препознатливост, како и цитираноста на трудовите. Вашите сугестии, почитувани чи­татели, за подобрување на квалитетот на наредните броеви се секогаш добредојдени. Се на­девам дека ќе изразите и желба за претплата со што би ги збогатиле вашите лични и службени библиотеки.
