Abstract

Трудот открива невообичаено испитувани ас­­пек­­ти кои се однесуваат на специфичниот мо­то­­­рен развој кај децата со аутистичен спектар на нарушувања и проблемите по­вр­зани со нив­на­та дијагноза и терапија. Опи­шана е ана­ли­тич­ка теорија на аутистичен спектар на на­ру­шу­ва­ња, којашто го по­врзува ау­тиз­мот со на­ру­шу­вања од ос­нов­но­то ниво на ефек­тивната би­хејвиорална ре­гу­ла­ција. Трудот вклу­чува кла­сификација на групи­­те деца аутис­ти, од кои секое де­мон­стри­ра спе­ци­фич­ни моторни дис­функции. По­натаму, трудот ги ана­лизира и пре­по­ра­чу­ва методолошки прис­та­пи кон мо­тор­ната те­ра­пи­ја, со цел да се раз­ви­јат раз­лич­ни мо­тор­ни вештини.

The paper reveals uncommonly examined aspects concerning the specifics of the motor de­velopment in the children with autistic spectrum disorders and the problems regarding their diagnostics and the­ra­py. An analytical theory of the autistic disorders is des­cribed, connecting autism with disorders in the ba­sic levels of affective behavioral regulation. The re­port in­cludes a classification of the groups of autis­tic children, each of which demonstrates spe­ci­fic motor dysfunctions. Furthermore, the paper ana­ly­zes and recommends methodo­lo­gi­cal approaches to motor therapy which will help improve the de­ve­lop­ment of different motor skills.
