THE GOVERNMENT IN THE SOCIAL PROTECTION INSTITUTIONS IN
In
this paper the author analyses several aspects of the government in the social
institutions in Macedonian.
The author elaborates only the legal
regime which is in accordance with Constitution. But, in this context, the
author discusses about the practice which is designet by right of the
government in the social institutions.
There are two forms of the social
institutions:
1. Public
institutions, and
2. Private
institutions, which are very differently, because there are two regime's
government.
So, the government of the public
social institutions is in the competence of the state, or of the local-self
govenment, too.
But,
the government in the private social institutions is not public, because it is
in the competence of the founder, then, it is privately.
