	PRE-SCHOOL UPBRINGING AND EDUCATION OF PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED AND CHRONICALLY DISEASED CHILDREN
	
	
	Our report takes into consideration the following subjects:
	1.     The goals of upbringing and education of physically handicapped  and chronically diseased children;
	2.     The importance of upbringing of this population;
	3.     Review of the number of children at pre-school age with psychophysical  difficulties ( 1986-1993 ) ranged in the rehabilitation;
	4.     Secondary handicaps of the motor functions,  caused by chronic diseases;
	5.     Primary handicaps of the motor functions, congenital and achieved;
	6.     Early defectological diagnostics;
	7.     Early treatment of motor functions, by Dragica  Macic;
	8.     Application of the upbringing and educational context with special defectological method by Dragica Macic;
	9.     Case presentation;
	10.  Conclusion.
