THE USE OF COMPUTERS FOR TEACHING
Experts of the developed countries try to make the handicapped persons familiar with the computer. Nowadays exist the series hardwares and softwares that are adjusted to the handicapped persons and by which their problem are solved. That way, the modern technology, helps the alleviation of their handicaps.
